INGREDIENTS

sea-buckthorn berries – handful

buckthorn leaves – couple of sprigs

hot water – 200 ml

fresh orange juice – 100 ml (~ 1 orange)

honey – 1 tsp

INSTRUCTION

  1. Boil the water and pour it over the sea-buckthorn berries and leaves.
  2. Press the berries with spoon. Cover cup with the lid and let the tea steep for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Add fresh orange juice and honey and stir it well before to serve.
